Corporate FAQ
+ What's the budget range for a San Antonio corporate sim vr event?
Typical San Antonio corporate events run from roughly $5,000 for a small half-day activation to $25,000+ for a full-day multi-rig tournament with staffing, photography, and livestream. SimsForHire scopes per event.
+ How many employees can participate?
With a rotating format, SimsForHire can comfortably run 100–300 participants through a 4-rig setup over a half-day. Larger groups use more rigs or longer windows.
+ Do you handle the tournament format?
Yes. A SimsForHire race director designs and runs the full bracket, leaderboard, and awards ceremony on site — your people just show up and play.
+ Will this work in our San Antonio office?
Most office floors work fine. SimsForHire needs a 15×15 ft footprint per rig and standard outlets. They do a site walk before every event.
+ Can you bill our accounting team?
SimsForHire supports PO-based invoicing for corporate clients and accepts standard NET-30 terms for recurring bookings.
