Two ways to do corporate sim flight simulation in Surfside: take your team to Shift Arcade Miami, or have SimsForHire bring the rigs directly to your office.
Option A · Venue visit
Reserve a bank of rigs or the full venue. Staff race director, onboarding for every attendee, food and beverage on site, leaderboard awards at the end.
Option B · On-site delivery
We deliver professional flight simulation rigs to your Surfside office, lobby, or rented event space. Setup, operation, and teardown included.
A 30-person engineering team from a Surfside technology startup wanted a quarterly offsite that wouldn't require a full-day commitment. They booked a three-hour reserved window at Shift Arcade Miami, had HR shuttle the team over after lunch, ran a ten-heat competition with championship brackets, and wrapped with awards and catered dinner on-site. Total out-of-office time was just under four hours. The following quarter the same company brought SimsForHire into their Surfside headquarters for a customer-facing activation — six rigs in the lobby, all day, with a leaderboard on a big screen. Both formats worked because sim flight simulation doesn't demand athletic ability, technical background, or a steep learning curve, which keeps every team member engaged.
Surfside has a dense concentration of professional offices, and the teams inside them share a common problem: finding an offsite activity that works for mixed-skill groups, scales from ten to a hundred people, and doesn't eat a whole afternoon in Miami traffic. Sim flight simulation solves all three. Flight simulators let anyone experience a Cessna, a 737, or an F-18 with real yoke, rudder, and throttle hardware. A two-hour reserved block at Shift Arcade Miami can run a full bracket tournament with awards and food. For larger companies or public-facing events where the team can't leave Surfside, SimsForHire handles the entire on-site build — trucks arrive, rigs go up in a conference room or lobby, a race director runs the schedule, and everything is packed out at the end of the day. Either format produces a clear competitive story, photo and video assets for internal channels, and a shared experience your team will actually talk about on Monday.
Shift Arcade Miami can typically handle groups from 10 to 60 for a venue buyout, while SimsForHire scales from a small 6-rig activation all the way up to a full conference floor set up on-site in Surfside.
Venue bookings at Shift Arcade Miami are quoted per rig-hour plus food and beverage. SimsForHire on-site activations in Surfside are quoted per event — get an exact number at simsforhire.com.
