1. What we collect
Waitlist signups: your email address, optional UTM parameters, and IP country. We store these in Supabase (Postgres) and use them only to email you on launch day.
Account signups (post-launch): email, name, and (if you upgrade) billing info handled by Stripe. We never store your payment card.
Analytics: page views, device type, referrer — collected via Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible. No cookies. No cross-site tracking.
AdSense: sml8r.ai uses Google AdSense. Google may set cookies to serve personalized ads. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
2. How we use your data
- To email you at launch (waitlist signups only)
- To operate your sml8r account if you sign up
- To send billing notices and receipts
- To analyze site usage and improve the product
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your data. We do not share your email with third parties.
3. Third parties
- Supabase — database + authentication
- Cloudflare — hosting + analytics
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email
- Google — Maps, Places data, and AdSense
4. Your rights
Email hello@sml8r.ai to delete your account, export your data, or ask questions about this policy.
5. Changes
We'll post any material changes here and (for account holders) send an email. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
