1. Acceptance
By using sml8r.ai, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. sml8r.ai is operated by TheLevelTeam LLC, a Florida limited liability company.
2. Venue listings
Free listings are provided as a public service. We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing for accuracy, safety, or compliance.
Paid tiers (Basic, Pro, Elite) are subject to the fees published on /tiers/. Fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months.
3. Brand advertising
Ad slots are described on /for-brands/. No refunds once paid, with the outage credit exception described in our public documentation.
4. User content
You retain ownership of any content you submit (reviews, photos, listing info). By submitting, you grant sml8r a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on sml8r.ai and its affiliated channels.
5. Acceptable use
Don't:
- Scrape the site at volume without written permission
- Submit false or misleading venue information
- Post fake reviews
- Attempt to bypass tier restrictions
- Use the site for any illegal purpose
6. Limitation of liability
sml8r.ai is provided "as-is" without warranties. TheLevelTeam LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
